Store setup

  1. Install Nova Desktop on the in-store computer.
  2. Enter the merchant AI Business ID.
  3. Allow the microphone when prompted.
  4. Customers can say “Hi Nova” or use the visible help bubble.

Built for the store floor

Nova Desktop uses the merchant's configured customer-service information. Orders started on the public screen use a QR payment handoff so customers can complete payment on their phone.

These Windows editions use a dedicated installation path, automatic updates and a server-verified machine subscription. The installer can be preloaded before delivery or downloaded again from this page.
